Most of the talented technical people in India office left. Too much of churn. The existing technical managers have no clue what to do. HR department is most employee unfriendly. Instead of assisting employees, they make it harder for people to work productively by not giving them hardware etc. Even during the pandemic time! They dump work on juniors, pick fights with other departments and even verbally abuse the junior staff and contractors. They created a toxic culture in the small office.
