- Employees don't get a set amount of PTO per year. PTO accrues each pay period, and it takes a very long time to have enough PTO to take off for a week or two. - Bereavement time is not offered. A family member of mine passed away and I had to use my accrued PTO in order to go to his funeral service.

Amplifier Research is a well known name in industry. Their product is known for lasting a long time and doing what the advertisements say. True definition of industrial grade.

That confused attitude has spread across the company. Everyone is afraid to say, "the king has no pants". The layoffs continue. They are fixing up the company to sell.
