Good recruitment team. HR is supportive.

The CEO doesnt even know, how recruitment works. Working with Prime vendors is decent. CEO asks profiles from nowhere, he just asks profiles. The team has only Monster as job board. CEO doesnt like to invest on job boards.

I like the team and work environment in the company as they were dedicated towards their work and also work in a result oriented way.
