What I love about ARC is that they are a forward thinking company. The leadership is already thinking years down the road to make sure we are positioned for continued success. This is evidenced by the fact that we are no longer a reprographic company but now we offer our customers global solutions for their document management. There are amazing opportunities available for employees who want to work hard and learn new things. We have employees who started as drivers and now hold management positions. Last year ARC started recognizing employees for years of service which is great because we have a lot of long term employees. When you have employees that have been here for 30+ years that should tell you something about the company!

The company has an ARC of Excellence program that recognizes sales and management employees. It would be nice if there was something similar for the non-management employees. They are equally as important in the day to day success of the company
