Wonderful people to work with. Throughout the company we have a wealth of long term people with knowledge and experience. Due to the way ARC was originally formed many of the regional and corporate leaders have a great entrepreneurial spirit. This will help us continue to grow and to keep ARC relevant. And, there's a plan for our future. Looking at how far we've come makes me proud. Knowing we've got a plan to help shape the future of our industry is exciting.

I know the vision and plan for ARC's transformation has been shared with leaders at all levels. Somehow it's still not getting down to all employees. Either that or we aren't getting enough buy-in. In either case, local leaders must do a better job of communicating the plan. We must continue to transform or there won't be a place for us. Status quo isn't an option.
