Thank you for the feedback, it is important for us to take any and all feedback to improve the company. You are correct, we are very focused on growth. With and industry that is growing and evolving, with competition that is always at our heals, with expectations we have from our vendors, but mostly because we want to provide our team members an opportunity for growth, we are and will continue to be focused on growth. As it turns out, we do pay a lot of attention to market trends; they are challenging to keep up with, but our marketing team is doing a great job in this area. We recently hired a Director of Finance and HR, so we are addressing this and we truly value our leadership team.
