Never trust the management. They only lie about the company and the teams. Whatever is promised at the time of interview/onboarding is never delivered. The seniors of the team are the rudest and the meanest of all. They will torture to an extent that you feel worthless. Nobody is open to suggestions and have a judgmental point of view. They will use words like you have never heard before and just push you in the bush and act like they are the best seniors in front of the CEOs. Just within two weeks, there true side comes out. The HR team is hard to handle. Once you leave the company, they stop receiving your calls/messages. Ignore the emails. Do not conduct an exit interview and don't even bother to ask the reason why the person is quitting. They don't even provide you with you FNF even after regular calls. Working there can give you a lot of mental pressure, depression and nightmares. It is better to remain without a job for certain time rather than joining this company and ruining your mental piece and physical health.
