(3 years) The management from corporate was fairly hands off, laid back and let us run our own programs. The pay was fair, benefits were decent, though I don't miss the vacation amount, good 401k, solid health plan. They hired pretty good people, and even hired a friend of mine I recommended who did well (where's that bonus?). It was somewhat uneventful from a company standpoint, Debbie was a great HR person, did my work for a few years and then moved on. Was able to really get some good experience that has set me up fro life. With a little push from management we may have been able to accomplish more, but letting the onsite employees do their thing is not a bad strategy.

It was slow at times, our project role got less defined over time due to government push back. Perhaps ARTI's managers could have done more, but it would have been a battle most likely. Maybe some incentive to stick around, some employees left because there was no incentive to stay (pay, advancement). Also, if a solid ex-employee applies fro a position, not responding is not cool. I have a good job now, but I know who I won't be calling when I'm looking for a new opportunity.
