1. No job security. If you have a stable job then never I repeat never join this organisation. 2. In pandemic situation my joining date was delayed by 2 months without any previous information. 3. My reporting manager forced me to do certification on skillset not related to my domain and the worst part is the company will not reimburse money after completion of the certificate. 4. They can release you one a day notice after giving resignation if they don't need you. 5. Constant fear of losing job no matter how is your performance. Multiple managers will work with you and if you disagree with one manager then they will directly give you a warning that you might lose this job. 6. They don't pay money of earned leave at the time of full and final settlement.
