Was a paycheck. Plenty of grand ideas. Old owner had a name. Nobody knows the new company. Had a customer base.

Management is technically clueless. Many inexperienced in real technical problem solving. Have business/sales types. Got rid of some good technical people and kept many technically inept. Millions of dollars spent on consultants over the years with no results. Other companies are now years ahead technically. Many of the people stuck on improving old technology that should have been replaced years ago. Band aids on old products and pulling whatever revenue is left out of them. Many software/hardware releases are buggy and create irate customers. Same inept management. Won't be surprised to see the Buffalo Grove location closed sometime in the future.
