Toxic culture due years of significant restructuring and churn in mid-level leadership roles. Micromanagement and ways of working that constantly change. Supportive leadership until you disagree with the approach/execution/direction. Forced return-to-office has resulted in wasted productivity, and unhappy engineers. Significant internal politics, and employees are treated like school children. Security controls hamper everything you do, including restricted tooling for engineers.
