- Management in my store is awful, GSM deals with people awfully. Once called a meeting on Christmas eve where he told section leaders he was going to "stomp on their necks" if they didn't do whatever he was asking of them. - Stressful environment, lots of pressure to get lots done each day but no real thank you for your performance when targets met or exceeded. - Unfair treatment of colleagues, people get away with doing no work and turning up late constantly but others will get serious reprimanded if they done the same. - They promote young, not ready people into section leader roles meaning you have clueless, lazy people telling you what to do.
