I honestly wish there was some pros apart from "it's a job and beats being on benefits". The only saving grace is there is nearly always overtime if you ask enough people.

Not enough staff, the people who work the hardest always get overlooked, they don't put the right people in the correct roles, you only get far if you buddy up to management.
