I contributed a significant amount of work to the team. While I gained experience during my time there, the overall work environment was very challenging due to poor management and lack of respect within the team. The team lead often behaved in an unprofessional manner during team meetings. He frequently used inappropriate language and made discussions personal rather than keeping them professional. Many employees felt uncomfortable because meetings sometimes turned into sessions where people were criticized in a disrespectful way. Several employees raised complaints about this behavior, but management did not take strong action. Despite multiple concerns being reported, the issue was not properly addressed and the team lead remained in the position with only warnings. It was disappointing to see that employee concerns were not taken seriously. Employees should not have to fight for basic respect and a professional work environment. I hope the company takes stronger steps in the future to ensure respectful leadership and a healthier workplace culture.
