The management's policies and goal are completely out of the line. They will make you work for 11hrs daily without extra pay. Plus you will be required to come office on saturdays and sundays the extra pay for weekends is RS 200 per day. This company has worst incentive structure ever. The managers instead of motivating employees, they demotivate them by giving no rise, no incentive for the work they do. The business plan is pathetic. the management plans to run US staffing business like flea market. There is no particular hierarchic to reach, unstable business process. The only way to succeed in this company is by being a panzy of management.
