Salary was reasonable and decent location

The people who operate the business are not the right people. Too much ego, not enough listening. Stupid processes and systems run by people who insist they know best and won't take on views. Never smart enough to look in the mirror and think why there may be a high staff turnover, always someone else's fault. Pretty funny that a company selling services around culture and values have such a poor culture and value, driven from the top and allowed to happen.
