      A wonderful year to experience a professional engineering role with plenty of opportunity to move around the company and observed its functions. The hybrid working environment was much appreciated.

      The compensation was nothing to write home about, though we did receive a one off cost of living bonus.

      Career development quite slow, no real focus on task. increment is around 2-3% annually. Bonus is around 0.5mth - 1mth salary.

      -friendly environment -for individual whom interested in Pick and Place machine, but there be alot of reading if you truly wish to know more -strong product legacy from SIEMENS days -good internal platform for self learning

      -in my department, as you work years down the road probably you will hit plateau in terms of skill set -probably you only acquire skills on how to perform factory acceptance -hardly get promotion opportunities -lack career development opportunities -system are rather not human centric
