Forever wish I could work for them - Recensione dipendente - Technical Editor presso ASRC Aerospace

My experience working for ASRC proved to be a positive. ASRC empowers their employs to strive and achieve toward success. Management is there to lead not micro-manage. I always speak fondly of my years with ASRC and have often mentioned how it would be nice to return to their service.

The only real con I can discuss was a difficulty I had trying to define a management path to properly prepare for future consideration.

The company was very employee-centric. Benefits were good. Engineering division was smart to put older experienced engineers with younger hot-shot engineers who had advanced computing skills.

KSC offices and ASRC HQ were as far away from each other as you could get and still be in the country. The time difference was an issue when dealing with corporate benefits issues. But aside from the time difference, it was still better dealing with ASRC admins than many of the other companies I've worked with (Lockheed, GD, etc).
