Reasons for work in assa abloy are innovative technologies on access control such is system Aperio, new product could offer better solution for access control in the buildings for our customer’s. It is big challenge for me to develop new business opportunity, with new products, and in the mean time we have good position on the market with existing product portfolio.

Because very fragmented market, we have a lot of brands, and sometimes it takes to long to find best solution for our customers. But I know that this problem is because a lot of acquisitions and after time I hope that will be only few brands as ASSA ABLOY as a master brand.

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.
