Forward looking and innovative with a broad product offering. Not afraid to buy companies or invest in new products to fill gaps and have a complete line.

Svantaggi

No room for advancement, so many bonus metrics next to impossible to hit. Way too much admin work gets in the way of sales think having meetings to plan having meetings. Low ball pay

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
