Processes can be a bit disorganized at times. Limited documentation and onboarding structure. Career progression path could be more defined.

Everything seems to be good Management is good , colleagues are friendly , no toxicity , on time salary, no politics and Flexible timings.

No special bonuses, I don’t think any cons here .
