contract workers treated poorly - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso ATC Drivetrain

I was promised that I would go direct after 90 days of contract work. ATC also promised training on transmissions, but youtube videos is not training! So now I am supposed to work on major pieces of equipment without proper training? I did not make any real money while working there; it was a waste of my time and career.
