Very difficult to grow despite your hard work and efforts. You don’t have to be competent in your job to grow if upper leadership likes you. The compensation model is set-up to pay you well below your market value and leadership expect you to be pleased when they give you a very small increase. Leadership believes that employees just need to adjust to not receiving increases. If you want better pay you need to leave ATI to receive it. Poor employee retention plan!
