Company is in transition. Moving from traditional core platform of fares and rules to more modern ecommerce retailing platform. It makes a tough transition when your key product focus is not a necessity in a time of global travel downturn.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. Often, the perfect time to rebuild and align is during a downturn. Our strategy is to focus on our customers and to help them rebuild!
It's dull - you'll have very little growth. People are comfortable doing the same thing they've done for years. There's very little going on. Pay is below industry average.
