Low pay, hard to get raises unless you're friends with the right people. Hard to advance unless you are friends with the right people. It seems people are rewarded for not doing their jobs well. CEO micro manages his entire team. HR department is lacking ethics, HR knowledge and good employee relationships. Way too many meetings. No work life balance if you travel for this company. Nobody is held to the same standard or rules. Feels like high school when upper management is whispering about employees they don't like. A lot of secrets are kept from employees, always whispering going on and lots of closed door meetings, kind of gives a feeling of instability. If you are not liked they will phase out your job. Most equipment is out dated and in bad shape.
