The work environment and culture are very poor and demoralizing. The management is unsupportive, disrespectful, and incompetent. They ignore or dismiss the issues and concerns raised by the employees. They also favor certain employees based on their language and background, which creates an unfair and hostile situation for others. The employees are not valued or appreciated, and they are constantly pressured to leave if they are not happy. This is not acceptable or ethical, and it needs to change.
