I have seen this company change a lot, and unfortunately not in a good way. It feels like the vision has become only hire and fire. Good employees leave, new employees come, and the same cycle keeps repeating. This has created a lot of instability inside the company. The company was built with hard work and a clear vision, but now it looks like management decisions are taking it in the wrong direction. Employee morale is very low, and many people do not feel secure about their future here. Operations and management are not focused on solving the real problems. Instead of improving the company, it feels like they are making decisions that are hurting the business, employees, and customer relationships. If things continue like this, I do not see a positive future for the company. The warning signs are already visible.
