Basically everything. I hadn't even really started the job. The onboarding took a week longer than they said it would, because they hadn't completed it on their end. They were snotty about this and blamed me. Then when they got things straightened out, I had some questions about setting up accounts. I directed the questions to their help desk.
And thus began a nearly two week runaround that never received an actual response. Just a lot of finger pointing, as in "X would you respond please?" All the people responding were in India working India time zones. They referred the question to a US based group (I think?) 8 times. That US based group people never responded.
I finally realized maybe were trying to make me quit. So I did. I decided that if this was how they treated a new colleague I did not need this on call/temp job that badly. What would happen if I had a problem with my paycheck? They were all in India and unreachable.
Do not work for these people. They are not serious.
