Upper management needs to be more present, going months without communication to their employees is rather upsetting. There needs to be more recognition. It seems tense and stressful at all times. It's almost like having fun and being able to laugh is against the rules. We hire people that don't really know what they're doing at times, and don't have the motivation to get the job done right. They don't have motivation to learn on their own, and highly depend on others.
