Thank you for your comments. As you note, we increased our PTO days to 15 for those with 1-4 years of service, and also increased our 401k match for the third straight year. We are also proud to offer a wide variety of benefits to our employees, including health plans which have Silver and Gold equivalent values with ACA plans. We are continuously striving to enhance our many benefit offerings and are proud of how we stack up in this regard with the competition.

Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

Svantaggi

Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
