      Throughout the year the company always had several types of team building activities and they're tons of fun! They also had a really nice Christmas party and a really cool Halloween department decorative competition. Overall it's just a great place to work.

      I would say benefits but before I moved they really vamped up their benefit package so hats off to them.

      Vantaggi

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
