Lpst on price was a common denominator (You shouldn't lose on price as people buy from who they like) People buy from who they like because of many facets of sales, i.e. company expertise, service, maintenance contracts, the "helping out" attribute that a hierarchy gives its colleagues is huge because not everything should come with a cost. Small Engineering group. Engineers here liked to take over client conversations (Not best practice). We take on so many jobs that it can lead to missing other opps and picking those opps that will ultimately drive the bottom line.

Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
