      I really enjoy everyone that I work with. I have received tremendous support from everyone in my office and I am hoping to work here for a long time.

      The insurance costs are high for pretty bad coverage. The deductibles are so high it doesn't seem like it's worth it to even have a policy. My previous job paid 100% of the employees insurance so I guess I was spoiled, but would love to see the benefits improved.

      Vantaggi

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
