The local culture is great. Pay is ok

Svantaggi

Corporate is more concerned with pennys and investors than the people or the culture. The processes are outdated and inefficient. Employees are expected to spend their own money for projects because procurement process is too slow and convoluted. Salaried employees are still required to record time sheets everyday all the way down to 15 min increments of time.

Lots of good feedback here. Thank you for taking the time to share it. While we can’t comment on each item you raised, we believe each is important and encourage you to bring them up to your manager in the upcoming September Employee/Manager syncs. Larger issues like time-tracking and procurement are organizationally necessary as we try to accurately track and bill our time to maintain customer expectations and be good stewards to create a stronger company. We agree that one size does not fit all and have given our offices autonomy in various areas, while trying to maximize the benefits of being the #1 integrator in the industry. It is a balancing act for sure and we appreciate your continued partnership in getting better at it. Thanks again for your thoughts.

Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

Svantaggi

Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
