Largest AV Integrator in the country. Decent Pay.

Too many new initiatives. Constant change to the point that you simply don't know where to go or who to ask to get something done and once you do figure it out, they've changed it again! It's always another dept.'s responsibility.Too many layers of overlays and management. Not enough support staff or resources. Management does not listen until it's too late. They are so busy chasing new business that they ignore their long time loyal clients, until they are no longer there.

Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

Svantaggi

Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
