      great company to work for if, generally get 40+ hours a week, get raises based on performance reviews, always pushing you to move up in the company

      a good number of people upstream in the job site process let thing slide or don't do their part which causes headaches for the install teams and sometimes rework, many installers/leads do subpar work and work slow or short days to stretch the job out instead of finishing it early or even on time, always pushing you to move up in the company even if your happy and do a good job where your at

      Thank for recommending AVI-SPL a a great place to work. We definitely encourage everyone to fulfill their potential, whether that is through promotion, job expansion or just getting better. Regarding the dependence on others, we are definitely a company that relies on others to create the whole mosaic, and we don't always capture that like we should.       Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
