I went through the acquisition with whitlock to AVISPL. Whitlock was great. Working at AVISPL was another story.

Svantaggi

Disconnected management. They weren't as collaborative as Whitlock or as kind. They easily let people go and they took the key accounts and gave them to other sales people once the "merger" happened. Very arrogant. Whitlock people got the short end of the stick after the consolidation of executives and offices.

They have offices nationwide that all work together, and actively push for growth within the company

The pay seems to be a bit lower than average for some positions

Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

Svantaggi

Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
