      Received holiday pay, which was nice.

      Not a lof of hours, at mostly I worked part-time. Cagey management about upcoming work. Poor management of jobs. Not friendly workforce.

      Vantaggi

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
