      Care about their people. Consistent merit raises and bonuses, even during the pandemic.

      Going through changes after being acquired by Belcan. General benefits are the same or worse. Most support staff (HR, office assistants, ect) moving to corporate. Too early to say if just going through a short period of change before things get better, or if it's all down hill from here.
