Only pro is the brand name which you get and you should get out of it as soon as possible cause they will grill you to the level you can't imagine. There're better companies out there which pay much more than that and are respectful of you.

There are so many actually. -> Less PTO -> Pretentious principles -> is so team dependent -> Your manager is your lifeline. If they are not happy with you then they can literally wreck hell -> They keep their employees on a clock trying to excrete the juice as much as possible -> You will never ever, not, for sure, will have a work life balance.
