A lot of the reviews on here are pretty drastic. That being said, no company is perfect. Here are the things that AWeber could improve on: - No formal WFH policy. (I've never run into any issues with it, but it is awkward to ask for when there are no guidelines in place.) - PTO is dated and lagging in comparison to other workplaces. - Maternity leave. Just, ugh. - While our benefits are great, they are such a pain with all the paperwork that I mostly just avoid going to the doctor. And having to log things like water intake, steps, etc. online is really annoying. - Our location limits us from recruiting the best talent (and retaining the ones we have). Upper management should consider a remote working plan or satellite campus. - Employee turnover is becoming too drastic. I've watched really talented people leave because of really stupid things. It's disheartening to say the least. - Our actual product is dated and has a lot of technical debt to reverse before we can catch up. - A lot of reaction rather than proaction. - Occasionally we hire a "black sheep" and management fails to catch it before the team. - Salaries could be more competitive.
