      If you like micro management and passive aggression, then this is the place for you. If you know insurance - this is not the place for you as management themselves don't, but believe they do and you'll have to forget everything you thought you knew! They also don't do internal promotions because that may mean you know what you are doing and even more than management!

      Mandatory 3 day in the office, abysmal raises (2-3%), and overall crappy culture. They're trying to improve the culture with “culture champions”, but it is just lip service because the company refuses to provide any meaningful budget for food or branded gifts for their employees. Office is very quiet and not in a good way. There is NO upward mobility unless you’re already in upper management.
