      Great pay, benefits, remote work

      HR allows management to do questionable things. I was being bullied and harassed by my manager and when I went to HR, I was immediately terminated from my position with no reason given. HR allowed it. Then months later, I found out that the manager was fired along with her manager. Therefore, there was validity to my claim, but I suffered the unfair consequence.

      Mandatory 3 day in the office, abysmal raises (2-3%), and overall crappy culture. They're trying to improve the culture with “culture champions”, but it is just lip service because the company refuses to provide any meaningful budget for food or branded gifts for their employees. Office is very quiet and not in a good way. There is NO upward mobility unless you’re already in upper management.
