A 'Yes' man culture which is killing the company. Terrible managers in place in some areas. No communications. Total lack of appreciation of staff who carry these managers. Refusal to listen to staff who can provide answers. Blatant manipulation of information and refusal to acknowledge the consequences or listen to anybody who finds nuances. Very political. If you are not part of the "club" forget it. Refusal to invest in systems and staff, mainly useless outsourced IT, outdated and held together with sellotape and string. Car crash waiting to happen
