4yThank you for taking time to feedback. Naturally we are disappointed to hear that you did not have a positive work experience at AXON. We will certainly reflect on your feedback, recognizing there is always room for improvement, as in this everchanging workplace, we need to constantly adjust our policies and staff engagement to ensure we are providing the best possible work environment for all of our team.
Our goal is to ensure all our staff feel valued, are treated fairly, are highly motivated and see their job as helping to contribute to improved patient care. We have several touchpoints in place in order gain insights on how individuals feel they are treated and one way is through conducting regular employee surveys. Scores from our most recent employee survey indicate that we are making progress against our key areas of focus. It is therefore disappointing and saddening to hear that this was not your experience.
With regards to your comment about accounting and client relations, it is deeply concerning that this is your impression, as integrity is one of our core values. I am unsure as to your level and role within the organisation and therefore how much you would have been aware as to our financial operations. However independent auditors closely examine our financial records on an annual basis and we have never received any feedback like this either from internal colleagues, or from external auditors.
