Substandard management, no leadership, serious capability issues and that's with the management to start with! Departmental bullying, ignorance of this which leads to extreme escalation of situations. This is despite failings being flagged to line managers and HR on numerous occasions. No continued training opportunities for support staff, staffing levels now at a critical point where both staff and students are being put at risk and an attitude of the upper echelon management structure which shows that they neither have interest in this or are just being extremely ignorant.
