Backwards company with unresolved bullying culture - Recensione dipendente - Receptionist presso Abode Hotels

Senior management (not just one person) are living in the past to the point of completely unacceptable. Others are deeply racist. A lot of unresolved bullying. Problematic staff members aren't dealt with, if anything they're rewarded - as if appeasing them will keep them quiet. Had a relatively traumatic time working here.
