      There is something to be said for working with people who have chosen to work toward a higher goal.

      Having worked at Abode Services for few years, I found there to be no competitive pay or clear structure on career progression. I also can confirm other posts - there is an abundance of biasness and favoritism from management, especially in Finance. If all this was not enough the work culture here is highly toxic and filled with superficial relationships. I can’t warn you enough to not work here.

      People are nice sometimes and its relatively relaxed environment. Program staff keep the ball rolling for what the mission of the company is.

      dinosaur technology and dinosaur business processes Managers/executives make policies and procedure changes for which folks who handle the dirty work get blamed for. Higher management style is to hyper-fixate on a specific team/person who's maybe out of line and comb through every microscopic detail of their work with comb and poke them until they're not "out of line"..
