It has been incredible working for Abrams Media. I've had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of interesting and challenging matters, which has allowed me to grow professionally while constantly learning new things. The team is made up of kind, hardworking, and talented people who are genuinely collaborative and always willing to help each other out. One of the things I appreciate most is the culture. Because Abrams Media operates in a fast-paced and constantly evolving digital media environment, there is always something new happening and new opportunities to explore. It’s exciting to be part of a company that is always looking for ways to grow, try new ideas, and expand into new areas. Leadership is very supportive of employees taking initiative, bringing forward ideas, and finding creative ways to improve the business. Whether it's production, YouTube, digital content, or new channel opportunities, people are encouraged to contribute and make an impact. I also appreciate how much trust is placed in employees. Everyone has a voice, and people are given real opportunities to take on new responsibilities, develop new skills, and work on projects outside of their immediate role. Leadership is approachable and genuinely wants employees to succeed. What makes Abrams Media stand out is that individual contributions truly matter. Hard work is recognized, good ideas are welcomed, and employees have the opportunity to see the direct impact of their work. I really enjoyed the culture at Abrams Media. Everyone was extremely easy going and willing to help out whenever they could with whatever they could. The main thing I loved there was the opportunity. I had my hands over all different kinds of things, opportunities I certainly would not have had elsewhere. Upper management was very approachable, which I feel is not all that common at other companies. All of my coworkers were a pleasure to work with and I feel they would share the same great feelings about Abrams Media as I do. I'll be forever grateful for the opportunities their team gave me.
