Learnt a lot about my project topic and was able to communicate findings with clients through research notes. Developed quantitative & qualitative skills, learnt to use Refinitiv Eikon, and met people from across divisions and the wider firm; daily all-hands meetings provided an insight into the business as a whole. Everyone was willing to help and offer advice if approached.

Happened during Covid lockdowns, so didn't get to see much of the office till the end of my internship, but not ASR's fault - other opportunities fell through due to govt re-opening delays, so it was nice that management adapted and completed on-boarding remotely.
